With the growth of technology jobs are changing making many organizations to make use of intellectual, robots, as well as locomotive to replace human efforts, and also the population is increasing.
Vijay Eswaran said this when he was addressing a forum at the University Malaya. Nevertheless, people in Japan, Taiwan, and China prefer to first gain experience before getting into the market with their business ideas and create job opportunities as they train others.
Eswaran advice to first-time job searchers is first to seek job positions which match their qualifications and studies. As a first time in finding employment, they can choose to either work for an established company or even start-ups.
What Vijay advise to job seekers is that they should take the decisions they make severe knowing that the working environment will affect their personalities as well as preferences.
Mr. Eswaran further said that even though he is encouraging students as well as education facilities to put more emphasis on job creation rather than job searching, it is not an easy task, and the students should first gain experience as well as training before starting as well as in corporate level of the business.
Mr. Eswaran said he began serving at a startup firm and it helped him become the leader he is today encouraging fresh graduates to do the same. As students, he said they should come with ideas which they can push and realize to the end as they focus towards the achievement of their goals.
